Munchkins of Kindergarten of Drishti Dr. R.C Jain Innovative Public School have celebrated Christmas festival with great pomp and show. Children become little Santa Claus by wearing the red colored Santa dresses and hoodies. They steal the show by singing carols and dance. The Christmas tree is decorated with paper ornaments, lanterns, lights, toys etc. They understand the importance of Jesus Christ because he was born on this special day.

        “Christmas waves a magic wand over this world and behold,

                           Everything is softer and more beautiful.”

Freedom Fervor of BCM Aryans

The joyous spirit of Independence was celebrated with great zeal and pomp by the tiny tots of BCM Arya School , Lalton. To reflect upon this celebration a virtual school assembly and potluck party were organised for kids of classes Nursery to UKG in the context of Independence Day. It commenced with the school prayer to invoke the blessings of Almighty. Students presented speech on patriotism, danced on patriotic songs ‘I love my India’ , Sare Jahan se acha’. ‘Potluck party’ was another attraction in which the students relished tricolour dishes like rainbow rice, rainbow sandwiches, tricoloured pizza ,idlis , salad. Teachers taught tiny tots about dining manners also . The parent fraternity was overjoyed to see the performances of their little ones. The school principal, Dr. Paramjit Kaur complimented the teachers and the parents for their overwhelming response in coming together to put up a wonderful and joyful assembly in the context of Independence Day.

Merry Christmas Celebration, 2013

College of Nursing+CMCH Wishing U a Merry Xmas 
 Ludhiana, 13th December, 2013: (Shalu Arora+Rector Kathuria): Christmas is not a time nor a season, but a blessed experience. To cherish peace and goodwill, to be plenteous in mercy and to re-dedicate our own lives. College of Nursing, CMC, Ludhiana celebrated Christmas on 13.12.2013. The programme began with a welcome speech by Principal, Prof.(Mrs.) Ponnamma R. Singh, after which all the dignitaries, guests, teachers and students joined the college choir to sing the congregational hymn.
The opening prayer and the Christmas message was given by Rev. Rogers. The whole gathering was then enlightened with the message from the Director Dr. Abraham G. Thomas. He wished all that the Christmas fill their hearts with warmth, peace and joy! And to have a blessed Christmas and graceful New Year. The soulful and pleasant carols by students mesmerized all and filled the whole air.
Continuing with the Christmas merriment College of Nursing students presented the Christmas play “The Wonderful Star” which showed God’s love for mankind by sending His only begotten Son for our salvation and this love has to be reflected in all of us and then came the most awaited moment i.e. “Arrival of Santa” who had a merry time with the gathering and distributed gifts among students. At the end all enjoyed the fellowship & relished the banquet together as a family in the beautifully decorated College of Nursing.

Gurupurab Celebrated at Mother's Pride also

Children and Staff celebrated Togetherness and Traditions 
Ludhiana:15 November 2013:(*Shobhan Soi//Education Screen Bureau): Today Gurupurab - Birthday of Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji was celebrated with the students at Mother’s Pride, Ludhiana.
Children were made aware of HIS teachings & taken to Gurudwara where they all received the blessing from the almighty God. Ardaas was performed, praying for the bright future of the children. Students also recited the Mool Mantra, leaving all the present at the Gurudwara mesmerized. At the end, Karah Prasad & sweets were distributed among the students & staff.

The school was also beautifully decorated, with hymns enchanting in the ambience. Enchanting of hymns made the entire environment very lively & soothing. Students & Staff members also came dressed up traditionally.

Director of the school, Mr. Shobhan Soi, also blessed the students on this occasion & prayed for their long life.
