Former Chief Executive Officer and Member Secretary of National Medicinal Plants Board Jitinder Sharma visited Herbal Lab at "Jitendraveer Sarvahitkari Model Senior Secondary School" Sector-71, Mohali. Mr. Om Prakash Manauli, Environmental Coordinator, Vidya Bharati North Region, welcomed them and provided brief and descriptive information about more than 50 herbal plants and 20 species of herbal plants. On this occasion, the principal of the school Mr. Vijay Anand was specially present. During the indicative pot-based planting, Mr. Jatinder Sharma also inspected the Medicinal Plants Herbarium in the school seminar room after planting Rudraksha. 

Mr. Sharma said that there is a need to bring herbal herbs to general and special people so that the people can get full information about their properties. He emphasized that income can be earned easily from the herbs available in the herbal nursery. Meanwhile, Punjabi singer and location director Darshan Aulakh also planted a pictorial tree.
